Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals with strong LLM expertise, analytical skills, and language proficiency to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.

This role is suited for professionals who enjoy working with AI, creating high-quality prompts, evaluating model responses, and solving complex, multi-step problems.

Required Language:

Candidates must be native or proficient in the following language:

• Vietnamese

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Native or professional-level proficiency in Vietnamese language.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to details

Preferred Experience:

Experience in any of the following areas is highly preferred:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Training or Evaluation
• RLHF / Human Feedback
• Data Annotation
• Generative AI
• Content Quality or Model Evaluation

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, accurate, and high-quality prompts for LLM-based systems.
• Create prompts that test AI models across information retrieval, reasoning, calculations, and instruction following.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses against defined criteria.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve model performance.
• Work with business documents, structured data, and other source materials to develop realistic AI evaluation tasks.
• Follow detailed project guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency.

Nice to have Qualification:

• Background in film studies, cinematography, or media production
• Prior experience with data annotation or labeling projects
• Familiarity with different genres (drama, documentary, gaming, podcast/lifestyle content)
