micro1 is engaging BIM & Construction Coordination Experts to contribute their expertise on a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity involves reviewing and analyzing architectural and engineering blueprints, identifying design and construction clashes, and providing insightful explanations and documentation to support advanced AI training for construction workflows.

Scope of Work

• Analyze and review architectural and engineering blueprints to identify design and construction clashes.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to perform BIM coordination and execute clash detection processes.
• Document and explain the root cause of identified issues, providing detailed reasoning and solution recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive technical documentation supporting construction coordination processes.
• Collaborate via written and verbal channels to communicate complex coordination challenges and solutions.
• Contribute expert insight into best practices for BIM execution and construction drawing interpretation.
• Participate in quality assurance of construction documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy for AI model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BIM coordination in real-world construction projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, especially for clash detection and construction drawing analysis.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills applied to construction coordination.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and engineering drawings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a care for clarity and thoroughness.
• Background in documenting construction workflows, issue logs, or technical resolutions.
• Familiarity with AI applications in the construction sector is a plus, but not required.
