Associate Recruiter:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Associate Recruiter to join our team. You will play a vital role in building a robust talent pipeline and contributing to the evolution of our recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.

• Build and maintain an active recruitment pipeline using modern sourcing techniques and digital platforms.

• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.

• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide status updates.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes.

• Track metrics, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a US university, preferably within the last 1-2 years.

• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sourcing and recruitment.

• Excellent self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and social media channels.

• Highly organized with effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.

• Energetic, persistent, and eager to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced startup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or previous experience in recruiting or HR.

• Familiarity working in startup or high-growth environments.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
