Job Summary:

Join our team as a Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging exceptional talent for a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Leverage your headhunting expertise and drive to build robust talent pipelines and shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through a mix of creative and traditional channels.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong and diverse recruitment pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and team leads to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver outstanding results.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive proactive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking initiatives.
• Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout every touchpoint of the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of demonstrated headhunting or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via various platforms and networks.
• Strong recruitment pipeline management skills, with keen attention to candidate quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Exceptional self-management abilities and experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of US employment market dynamics and talent trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience recruiting for high-growth tech startups.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Based in the US, with a network of local talent and industry connections.
