Running several build tracks at once is slow and expensive. I build one codebase that ships to web, iPhone, Android and desktop, on the stack I run in production every day: Next.js, Firebase and TypeScript.

Most of this work is SaaS, which means the parts nobody notices in a demo and everybody needs in production: multi tenant authentication and roles, Stripe subscription billing, an admin back office, background jobs, a Firestore data model that still holds at scale, and a deployment pipeline you can roll back.

A first version runs as a fixed price MVP package with a written scope, so the number and the date are known before anything starts. A typical MVP takes 8 to 16 weeks and covers authentication, billing, the core product surface, an admin dashboard and deployment. Anything outside that scope becomes a change order you approve, not a surprise at the end.

If you already have a prototype from Firebase Studio, Lovable or an AI coding assistant, none of it is wasted. I keep what works, rebuild what does not, and take it to production.
