I train founders and operators to build with AI tools properly: environment setup, agent workflows, code review on your real project, and the judgment to know what is safe to ship

Plenty of founders can get an AI assistant to produce code. Far fewer can tell whether that code is safe to put in front of customers. Closing that gap is the point of this work.

Sessions run on your real project, never on a toy exercise. First the environment: an AI coding setup that actually holds, with version control, review and a reliable way to undo a bad afternoon. Then the method: how to scope a task so an assistant succeeds, how to structure prompts and context, when an agent is worth it and when a plain script is the better answer.

Then the judgement calls, which are the part no tool hands you. Reading generated code well enough to reject it. Spotting the security and data model mistakes AI assistants repeat. Knowing when a prototype is ready for real users and when it needs an engineer.

It also works as fractional CTO time: technical review on architecture decisions, hiring and vendor choices, and a second opinion before you commit a budget.

Format is one to one and remote, in English, French or Arabic, either as a short intensive block or a recurring monthly slot.
