I worked on Shop My Influence, a multi-platform dashboard designed to transform influencer marketing into a measurable and performance-driven strategy. The platform connects brands with over 10,000 professional influencers across Europe and provides tools to manage end-to-end campaigns — from gifting to ambassador programs.

The application combines affiliation models with influencer collaboration, allowing businesses to maximize ROI while empowering influencers with sustainable revenue streams. Key features include real-time sales and performance monitoring, in-depth data analysis, automated campaign management, and flexible commission models (CPA, CPI, CPO, CPC, CPL). The platform also integrates an international e-commerce network of over 1,500 online shops, giving influencers the freedom to promote products that align with their audiences.

This project highlights my contributions to building a scalable, user-friendly dashboard where brands can launch campaigns, track results, and foster long-term partnerships with influencers.
