Role Overview:
We are seeking senior experienced legal professional to lead and guide Pod Leaders in developing, evaluating, and refining high-difficulty, expert-level tasks related to the work of lawyers. The role requires strong legal expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to ensure that all outputs are technically accurate, practical, and aligned with professional legal standards.
Role Description:
- Manage Pod Leaders and drive consistent quality across legal task generation and evaluation.
- Review legal outputs for accuracy, sound reasoning, clarity, and practical applicability.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through active listening, empathy, and transparent communication.
- Support team development by leveraging individual strengths and providing appropriate autonomy.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and a forward-looking approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of legal practice, preferably at Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level.
- Legal qualification with active bar admission or regional equivalent.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, legal analysis, and regulatory interpretation.
- Experience in reviewing, mentoring, managing, or quality-assuring legal work.
- Excellent communication, leadership, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
