Description in English, as published by Turing.
About Turing:
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Game Design Subject Matter Expert to support the development and evaluation of high-quality, domain-specific content. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of game mechanics, level design, player engagement, progression systems, game balancing, and interactive storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Establish the player persona and confirm recipe scope.
- Co-lead the simulated interview; supply progression curves, XP/reward balance and quest/board mechanics.
- Ground the golden metaplan: validate leveling formulas, reward economy, game-state logic and interactive board elements.
- Direct visual and domain fit during builder/canvas iteration.
- Sign off that mechanics are balanced and engaging per real game-design practice.
Requirements:
- 3+ yrs designing game systems (RPG progression, reward loops, gamification), studio, indie, or serious-games.
- Practical fluency with leveling curves, XP economies and quest/task board mechanics.
- Able to express mechanics as deterministic spreadsheet logic.
Perks of Freelancing With Turing:
- Work at the forefront of AI applications in accounting and finance.
- Fully remote and flexible work environment.
- Opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects with global reach.
