This remote role involves training AI models on sales, marketing, and CRM workflows by authoring parameters and auditing outputs. Candidates need three plus years of marketing operations experience and strong data translation skills.
Description in English, as published by Turing.
About Turing:
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Training Specialist (Marketing Logic & Performance Analytics) to establish domain benchmarks and train frontier AI models in marketing execution, content planning, and performance attribution. Operating across core marketing domains, including interactive campaign content calendars and marketing campaign ROI trackers, you will convert complex marketing frameworks into structured parameters and deterministic rules. You will design, evaluate, and ground evaluation datasets to ensure AI-generated campaign plans, attribution models, and spend pacing reports adhere to elite industry practices.
Requirements:
- Core Experience: 3+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, growth analytics, or campaign management.
- Domain & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on mastery of multi-channel campaign planning, content scheduling workflows, spend pacing against budget, CPL/CPA/ROAS metrics, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Logic & Technical Translation: Strong, concise professional writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex marketing logic, attribution rules, and campaign metrics into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and structured parameters.
- Availability & Commitment: Talent must have weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).
- Technical Infrastructure: Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Domain Guidance & Guardrail Authoring: Author discovery parameters (channel mix, campaign cadence, approval chains, attribution windows, spend/revenue sources) and enforce critical domain guardrails (e.g., distinguishing ROAS from ROI, separating media-only spend from total CAC, isolating content pieces from multi-channel placements, and accounting for attribution model bias).
- Golden Asset Verification: Build and validate reference marketing dashboards, CPL/CPA/ROAS/ROI formulas, spend-pacing formulas, and status approval workflows in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Workflow & Dataset Co-Design: Co-design interview evaluation tracks and validate domain context files, including ad-platform spend exports, CRM revenue logs, campaign plans, and editorial calendars.
- AI Quality Audit & Sign-Off: Review, score, and refine AI-generated marketing outputs to ensure complete alignment with professional marketing analytics and operational standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor
- Engagement Length: upto 2 weeks
- Availability: Talent must have weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).
