About Turing:
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Training Specialist (Project Management) to establish domain benchmarks and train state-of-the-art AI systems in project delivery and PMO execution. You will design, evaluate, and ground evaluation datasets to ensure AI-generated project plans, risk registers, and status reports conform to elite professional standards.
Requirements:
- Core Experience: 3+ years in program or project management, PMO execution, or delivery leadership.
- Methodology & Tooling: Hands-on expertise in Gantt scheduling, critical path/dependency management, status reporting, and structured onboarding or implementation playbooks.
- Logic & Technical Translation: Strong, concise professional writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex scheduling logic and reporting rules into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and structured parameters.
- Availability & Commitment: Talent must have weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).
- Technical Infrastructure: Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Domain Guidance & Guardrail Authoring: Define structural discovery parameters and operational guardrails for AI tools handling project schedules, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
- Golden Asset Verification: Build and validate reference project dashboards, Gantt models, cost/effort rollups, and dependency formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Workflow & Dataset Co-Design: Design realistic operational scenarios and validate domain context files, including project charters, RAID logs, and implementation playbooks.
- AI Quality Audit & Sign-Off: Review, score, and refine AI-generated project deliverables to ensure absolute alignment with professional PMO and delivery standards.
Education & Experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Admin-level proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana.
- Prior experience reviewing, grounding, or evaluating AI-generated project plans and status reports is a strong plus.
