Mercor is hiring experienced private equity associates to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack, then peer-review models built by two other contractors on the same transaction.
What you'll do

Build a working financial model of an assigned real estate transaction from a synthetic deal document pack

Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions

Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
Requirements

2, 4 years total experience: ~2 years investment banking (Real Estate or Industrials) followed by 1, 2 years in private equity

Currently or recently an Associate at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market PE fund

Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template

Fluent English
