Scope of Work

• Coordinate and manage digital calendars, appointments, and daily tasks efficiently to ensure seamless workflows.
• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail.
• Draft, edit, and proofread written materials and communications with clarity, professionalism, and attention to tone.
• Facilitate effective remote communication between stakeholders through proactive updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and tracking systems for all project-related documentation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize project efficiency and organization.
• Provide detailed input, feedback, and real-world context for tasks that will enhance AI training data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in personal assistance, executive support, or administrative roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information succinctly.
• Demonstrated organizational excellence and time management in remote or distributed environments.
• Advanced multitasking ability, with a track record of juggling priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables and communications.
• Experience using productivity tools such as digital calendars, cloud document platforms, and collaboration software.
