Apply on Turing

I am sending you to the official Turing page. Applying is free and in English.

I earn a commission from the platform when a candidate I referred gets hired. It changes nothing for you.

This role involves refining large language models for logistics and supply chain applications by authoring operational guardrails and evaluating AI outputs. Candidates must have over five years of experience in fleet dispatch or supply chain management and strong expertise in spreadsheet logic.

Description in English, as published by Turing.

About Turing:
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.

Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives to fine-tune large language models by grounding advanced logistics and supply chain domain logic. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in field operations and fleet dispatch, spanning route scheduling, driver/technician assignment, inventory management, and cost-per-mile optimization, along with the ability to translate operational constraints into deterministic spreadsheet logic. You will play a direct role in evaluating and refining AI-generated tools, ensuring outputs match professional logistics standards.

Requirements:

  • Core Experience: 5+ years in logistics, fleet dispatch, supply chain management, or field-service operations.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on familiarity with routing and scheduling, driver assignment rules, shipment tracking, and key delivery cost metrics (e.g., SLA adherence, cost-per-mile vs. cost-per-stop).
  • Writing & Logic Translation: Strong, concise professional writing skills with a proven ability to translate complex dispatch rules into deterministic spreadsheet formulas, capacity constraints, and data validation structures.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities to construct, evaluate, and calibrate routing workflows and inventory management frameworks.
  • Technical Infrastructure: Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as the logistics and operations expert setting the quality benchmark for supply chain AI applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Authoring Skills & Guardrails: Defining discovery parameters (fleet size, service area, time windows, capacity limits) and operational guardrails (driver hours-of-service compliance, weight/volume constraints, delivery SLAs) for AI builders and canvases.
  • Context & Interview Co-Design: Co-designing interview workflows and validating context files, including dispatch logs, driver rosters, and shipment manifests.
  • Grounding Golden Assets: Verifying routing and assignment logic, SLA and cost formulas, and validation lists across flagship recipes like route planners, work order managers, and vendor trackers.
  • Quality Sign-Off: Reviewing and signing off on AI-generated outputs to ensure complete alignment with professional logistics and field-ops practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

  • Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length: upto 10 weeks
  • Availability: Talent must have weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).

Evaluation Process -

  • Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form.
  • Finalized talents will go through delivery interview & proceeded further accordingly.

Required skills

  • Logistics
