Role Overview:
We’re looking for music professionals with formal music education and hands-on experience in performance, production, or audio engineering to help evaluate and improve AI-generated audio data.
Project Snapshot
- Flexible hours across a 2-day project window
- Earn up to ~$150, $160 with a full push across both days
- ~15-minute qualifying test before onboarding
- Fully remote | Paid in USD

What You’ll Do
- Listen to short audio clips and:
- Identify the instrument family (Strings, Brass, Woodwind, Percussion, Keyboard, etc.)
- Identify the specific instrument you hear
- Use provided audio references to guide your decisions
- Follow clear annotation guidelines and deliver consistent, accurate work
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in music performance, production, audio engineering, or similar work
- A trained ear and strong ability to recognize instruments by sound
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable with focused, repetitive listening tasks and independent remote work
- Bonus: Experience with transcription, remixing, music information retrieval, or AI/data annotation.
