Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and member experiences. We are seeking licensed health insurance agents and brokers who actively sell Medicare Advantage (MA) plans to take part in a short online interview about how they advise clients, enroll members, and work across carriers and plans. Insights gathered will help inform the development of AI tools designed to improve how Medicare plans and agents serve members.
Responsibilities
Participants will be asked to:

Complete a structured ~20-minute online survey

Provide a mix of multiple-choice answers and short voice-recorded responses

Share perspectives on selling and enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage plans

Submit all responses within the given timeline
Requirements

Licensed health insurance agent or broker who personally enrolls clients in Medicare Advantage plans

Actively sold Medicare Advantage plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)

Work as an independent agent, agency owner/principal, agency-employed, or tele-sales agent (captive single-carrier employees are not eligible)

Based in the United States

Comfortable providing voice-recorded responses, with access to a microphone and a quiet environment

Able to independently complete a ~20-minute online survey
