micro1 is engaging Healthcare & Life Sciences Experts to support a project focused on the review and enhancement of executive-level presentations. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Contributors will recreate and improve business slides from images, emphasizing accuracy, clarity, and defensible choices. Typical materials include clinical data presentations, market access decks, product launch plans, and regulatory or safety communications. Each task involves rebuilding a slide in PowerPoint, refining message hierarchy, visuals, and supporting content, and creating a comprehensive log explaining both changes made and choices preserved, with an emphasis on evidence and clarity. This opportunity especially values those who prioritize factual accuracy and can clearly communicate domain-specific definitions and caveats.
Scope of Work
- Reconstruct business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring content accuracy and professional design.
- Enhance slides for clarity, data visualization, visual storytelling, and overall communication effectiveness.
- Document detailed rationales for all improvements and for preserved elements, defending both sound existing choices and changes made.
- Edit slide content for consistency, precision, and alignment with healthcare and life sciences standards.
- Work with a variety of source materials such as clinical data, market access strategies, launch plans, and regulatory summaries.
- Ensure all terminology, caveats, and domain-specific definitions are preserved with high fidelity.
- Deliver each production task within the expected 1, 2 hour timeframe per slide, participating in project-based sprints with flexible timing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in healthcare delivery, insurance, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven skill in creating and editing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or client audiences.
- Strong written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of regulatory, safety, and market access contexts in healthcare and life sciences communications.
- Prior experience in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, but not required.
