Role Title: Family Law Attorney (BigLaw Firms)

micro1 is engaging Family Law Attorneys currently renrolled in the AAML to contribute their expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents to generate accurate legal insights for AI training purposes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
- Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law (e.g., custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements).
- Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
- Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.
- Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.
- Effective organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple deliverables.
- Critical thinking skills and sound legal judgment; experience contributing to innovative projects is a plus.
