About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.

Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.

Role Overview

This role involves creating, reviewing, and improving tasks that reflect the practical work performed by lawyers. The individual will analyze legal issues, apply laws and principles, assess the accuracy of responses, and refine outputs for clarity and usefulness. Strong legal knowledge, judgment, research skills, and attention to detail are essential.

  • Advanced experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising commercial contracts, legal agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex matters, identify risks, and provide clear, practical advice.
  • Expert knowledge of interpreting laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and translating them into actionable recommendations for business or legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
  • Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
  • Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
