Role Overview

We are looking for Finance Experts with strong domain knowledge and analytical skills to collaborate with our researchers in improving the performance of AI models. This is a unique opportunity to apply your finance expertise across areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, while contributing to the advancement of AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.


What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  • Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
  • Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas (e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments, investment scenarios).
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
  • Qualifications: CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts (corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, risk management, etc.) within your domain of expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
