About the Role
Mercor is hiring experienced Administrative Services Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated administrative operations content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating an organization's supportive services, such as facilities, records management, procurement, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans, facilities and vendor management documents, records-management procedures, and other administrative artifacts for quality and accuracy.

Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, policy compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting, procurement, space planning, support-services staffing, and process improvement and provide expert feedback.
Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Administrative Director, Business Operations Manager, or another closely related administrative management role.

Experience planning, directing, or coordinating an organization's supportive services, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, procurement, and other office support services.

Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Strong written English communication skills.

Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
